Andreall is a results-driven Brand Marketer with over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, known for her ability to translate customer insights into compelling brand strategy. With a unique career trajectory that includes roles in multiline claims adjusting, SIU, HR DEI/Employee Relations, and now Marketing, she brings a multidimensional perspective to every challenge. “I have transitioned from delivering the brand promise to customers to crafting it,” she often says—a reflection of her evolution as both a strategist and a storyteller.
An equity-focused leader, Andreall has a proven track record of building inclusive, culturally rich communities across corporate and civic spaces. She has collaborated with organizations such as The General Insurance, The Junior League of Nashville, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison to create programs that foster belonging and deliver measurable impact. As the founder of five business resource groups and a driver of cross-functional initiatives, she combines creativity, relationship management, and a passion for authentic connection to elevate both brands and the people behind them.

Taylor Little is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive expertise in underwriting and account management, particularly within the commercial and hospitality sectors. As an Account Executive Officer at Travelers Insurance Company, she manages a renewal book of business in Tennessee, consistently delivering strong results through strategic analysis and collaborative partnerships. Her career spans notable from both the carrier size and agency side, where she earned a reputation for building trusted relationships with agents and clients. Taylor has two bachelor’s degrees in human resource management and risk management from Florida State University and is currently pursuing the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in the industry.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Taylor is dedicated to advancing diversity and service in her field and community. She on the founding board member and Treasurer of the National African American Insurance Association – Nashville Chapter, contributing her leadership to the chapter’s development and mission. Outside of work, Taylor volunteers her time at her church and with the Boys & Girls Club, exemplifying her passion for giving back and maintaining a humble, service-driven approach to leadership.

As Secretary of the NAAIA Nashville Chapter, she is excited to share her passion for insurance with the Music City community. She brings well-rounded experience in workers’ compensation, auto, and general liability claim programs, cultivating a strategic and service-oriented approach to every partnership. Her background at a Fortune 500 company has enhanced her expertise in assessing loss exposures, managing claim reviews, and delivering innovative, results-driven solutions that foster trust and transparency. Ms. Mabon is passionate about ensuring her clients feel supported and empowered throughout every stage of the claims process.
A summa cum laude alumna of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Kelley studied psychology and business administration—an academic foundation that fuels both analytical insight and human connection. Outside of her professional role, she is deeply committed to advocacy and building inclusive communities that value equity for all. She brings enthusiasm, empathy, and emotional intelligence into every space she enters. Kelley is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and charter member of the Alpha Beta Kappa Omega Chapter in Tennessee. Anjaneka Smith is a dedicated Senior Surety Underwriter and business strategist with a strong foundation in risk management and insurance. Originally from Valley, Alabama, she holds a B.S. in Global Business with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance and has studied internationally at Lloyd’s of London, focusing on syndication deals and the excess and surplus lines market. An-Janeka has worked full time analyzing hundreds of companies for surety credit—supporting financial risk assessments, credit analysis, and underwriting strategies for organizations ranging from emerging businesses to Fortune 100 firms with revenues over $100M.
Alongside her professional work, An-Janeka brings over a decade of nonprofit leadership, having served as Vice President of Habitat for Humanity Pike County, President of M.I.S.S. Elite Society, Chair of the Constitution and Rules Committee for Troy University’s Student Government Association, and Assistant Dean for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Her dedication has earned her the Lamar P. Higgins Excellence in Leadership and Service Award, Order of Omega, and recognition in Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. She is actively involved in the Young Risk Professionals of Tennessee and regularly attends the National Association of Surety Bond Producers conferences to sharpen her underwriting expertise.
